Miniature Upright Player Piano with Music Box

This older piece is still in its original box but there is no indication of who the manufacturer was.
Piano has a built in music box that winds from the back and plays when the sliding doors are opened.
There is a bench which seems to have one short leg. This is a manufacturing flaw.
Piano is 4 1/2" tall, 5" wide.
