Brahe, Augusta, Georgia (c.1845), 7-3/4" long, short rounded shoulders, asymmetrical blade with vertical downturned fiddle handle that is tipt on the back, no monogram (probably removed), marked on back of handle "E. A. BRAHE" and "AUGUSTA" with three pseudo marks (G, bust and lion passant).

Forbes, New York City (c.1808-1838), 11-1/2" tall to top of handle, 10" tall to top of lip, 8" long over handle, 4-1/2" diameter of stepped circular base, matching applied bands around neck and base, gadrooning around rim and top of base, hollow C-shaped handle with elaborate scrolls around top and bottom of handle, marked underneath "I.W.FORBES" in a rectangular punch with three pseudo marks (star, bust and anchor).
