PRESENTATION WATER PITCHER, Garrett Eoff, NYC (c 1830)

Coin silver water pitcher by Garrett Eoff, New York City (c. 1830), 8" tall to top of handle, 7-1/4" to top of lip, 7-1/2" long from handle to spout, 4" diameter of base, apple-shaped body with short neck and wide pouring spout, applied band of flowers and leaves around lip, matching gadrooned band around neck and circular flat base, hollow S-shaped handle with thumb grip (few minor dents at top), feather script inscription "Presd by the Jeffn. Co. Agri Socy" on front (shows some wear), marked underneath "G.EOFF" in rectangular punch.
