Coin silver water pitcher by William Gale, New York City (c. 1830-1950), 10-1/2" tall to top of handle, 9-7/8" to top of lip, 9" from end of lip to end of handle, 4-5/8" diameter of stepped circular base, short pedestal to lobed body, matching applied bands around base and throat, matching applied gadrooned bands around lip and pedestal, wide pouring spout, hollow S-shaped handle, feather script monogram "WHC to LCJr." on front of body, marked underneath "W.G" in rectangular punch with four pseudos.
