Coin silver circular salver, Ball, Black & Co., New York City (c. 1840-1850), 10" in diameter, 1" tall, thick applied band of flowers and vines around rim, sits on three cast spayed feet, marked in back of rim "BALL, BLACK & CO" in arched punch over "SUCCESSORS TO" in rectangular punch on one side and "MARQUAND & CO" in arched punch over "WF" and "NEW YORK" in rectangular punches and an eagle punch.
