Coin silver caster, William Gale & Son, New York City (c.1850-1860), 5-1/2" tall to top of finial, circular pedestal foot to inverted pear-shaped body with tall tapering neck and molded rim, high dome friction-fit lid with cast flame-shaped finial, lid is pierced with circular perforations, marked underneath "WG &S" (S is worn and unreadable) in rectangular punch.
