Coin silver sugar tongs by Richard Wheeler, Savannah, Georgia (c. 1831), 6" long, three-clawed chicken foot nips, chamfered shoulders, straight arms to scalloped grips before straight bend, feather script monogram "MM" on bend, marked on one arm "R.WHEELER" in rectangular punch with three pseudo marks on other arm (eagle, D and Star).
