This old copy of "Black Beauty" by Anna Sewell is a blue hardback book which does show its AGE well. It definitely was a favorite book to read as can be seen by the cover and edges which show wear/tear/fray on he edges, spine and pages as well. But it is just such a lovely story everyone needs to read and enjoy it. The book does not have a date on it anywhere. The inside front cover has original owner's name.
