Centennial for Liberty 1886-1986 12" ruler plastic

Centennial for Liberty 1886-1986 Ruler is 12 inches long made of plastic with red/white/blue colors. Lady Liberty is featured at the top and reads Keep the Torch Lit! it is copyright 1982. The ruler is sold AS IS/USED does have some shelf wear but is not broken/cracked. The back shows some pencil marks. Will mail USA address for $4.00. Any questions please email me.
