English soft paste child's mug. One side has two men greeting one another. And the other side is of a man in a carriage being pulled by a horse. There is a note that accompanies this mug, it was in it when I acquired it. 2 7/8" high; 3" dia.
Saturday Evening Girl pottery bowl. These pieces are Paul Revere pottery and were decorated by a group of young girls that were underprivilaged. This bowl is nicely painted with a rabbit in the center. It says Jon Heller His Bowl around the edge of the bowl. It is signed and dated underneath.
This vase is beautiful example of Rookwood art pottery. It is hand painted with a dandelion and is fire in the standard glaze. This glaze starts at the top as a deep brown and fades into a golden yellow at the bottom. It is signed LES and marked the the Rookwood marking dating it to 1904. There are no chips, cracks or repairs.
