Customers with a billing address in the state of Virginia will pay 5.0% sales tax.
Prices shown do not include shipping. We always ship the cheapest method, which is usually USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground (3-10 day delivery), unless you specifically request 2-day shipping. Please let us know if you have a business address we can ship to because we can usually get you a discounted rate with FedEx.
We accept payment by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Please wait until we have confirmed availability of items and shipping charges before you send payment.
USPS shipments are sent on the next business day after payment is received. FedEx shipments go out once a week on Fridays. Once you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied, notify us of your intention to return within 3 days. You have 15 days to return the item for a complete refund. If your return is the result of our error, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Full instructions about damaged items and returns are included with your invoice.
