Welch's Refreshment Wine Bottle, 10 in. height, in opal with green design, made by Hazel Atlas (marked on bottom). Bottle has original plastic screw top and booklet extolling the virtues of Welch's Refreshment Wine. Booklet (dated 1955) includes serving suggestions, recipes, and even instructions on how to make the bottle into a lamp. Very good condition.
