Wood cut-out of playful puppy, approx. 6 in., with small hooks for hanging, hand-painted details, and 'Winchester, Va' in one corner. This may possibly have been a souvenir from the city's annual Apple Blossom festival. Unable to determine age, but not contemporary. Good condition.
