Tashiro Shoten round porcelain bowl with short foot, 6 in., hand-painted with red geranium flowers, green rim, and metallic gold filigree border, Occupied Japan mark, c. 1945-52. Very good condition with minor wear on gold.
White linen kitchen towel with pink border, appliqued and embroidered with scene of Japanese boy in traditional dress playing ball. These towels were brought back from Occupied Japan by a US serviceman. Three available in good condition with very small stains (rust?) near the edge.
Maruhon Ware tray for sugar/creamer or condiment set, 8 3/4 x 4 in., green glazed, marked Made in Occupied Japan on bottom. Tray has a chip on the rim that was glazed over during the manufacturing process, but is otherwise in good condition.
