Owen China dessert plate

Owen China dessert plate, 7 1/2 in., decorated with jewel-tone pink and blue flowers set in diamonds on a black border band, made in 1925. Owen China was the dinnerware division of the J.B. Owens Art Pottery in Minerva, Ohio. Good condition with light crazing.
