Unknown golf and country club dinner plate

Syracuse Winthrop dinner plate, 10 1/2 in., decorated with BGCC monogram - B???? Golf and Country Club - and green band on verge, made in 1955. Plate has a flat underrim chip, but is otherwise in good condition with normal wear.
