ICC Country Club dinner plate

Sterling China Lamberton dinner plate, 10 1/4 in., hand-decorated with red band, yellow lines, and unidentified ICC logo, c. 1950s. The logo has golf clubs in this design, so this is probably from a country club. Very good condition with a few glaze pops on the rim.
