Washington DC souvenir postcard folder

Souvenir folder of Our Nation's Capital, a genuine Curteich-Chicago 'C.T. Art Colortone Creation', c. 1940s. Folder contains nine fold-out pages of Washington monuments on one side and 18 on the other. Never mailed, folder is worn on edges, but foldout is in very good condition.
