Occupied Japan Cigarette Lighter NAS CO

Shaped like a cowboy boot with a picture of cowboy on horse on both sides. Not sure if it works but appears to be in excellent condition. Silver color with a touch of brass. Marked Made in Occupied Japan. NAS CO. It is apx 3 5/8 inches tall.
