This beautiful vase is a Van Briggle, number 833. It is an amazing deep purple matt glaze in color (I believe the Van Briggles called this "Persian Rose"). There are 4 leaves that form at the top of the vase and gently curve first to the left, and then to the right as their tips reach the base of the vase. These leaves have a deep blue tint to subtly highlight them. This piece measures 5 1/4 inches high and is 3 3/4" at its widest point. It is in MINT condition. It is marked ...click for details
