This tureen mas made by Spode-Copeland of England. The pattern, called "Blue Flowers", was produced from 1966 - 1977, and is characterized by blue and yellow flowers on a white background. This is a covered tureen - I believe they call it a covered vegetable tureen. It is footed, but does not have to tall pedestal type base. It measures about 9.25" in diameter at the widest, and is just over 8.5" tall (to the top of the finial). The ladle does not have any pattern on it. ...click for details

This beautiful covered dish was made by Spode, England. It is in the Game Bird pattern. The lid depicts 2 game birds - a Grey Phalaropa and a Goosander. The center of the bowl (in the bottom) shows a Garganey. On both the bowl and the lid, the game girds are surrounded by a 2 1/4" wide pattern of leaves and flowers as well as a scalloped edge. This beautiful 3-piece set was made by Spode Copeland. It is in the Alden pattern and was made in 1939. The pattern is characterized by embossed daisies along the rim of each piece and fruit in the center. The edge of each piece is also scalloped. This beautiful compote was made by Spode. It is marked "Spode, Impl England". I do not know the name of the pattern, but it is very elegant. The center of the bowl is plain.
