These plates are manufactured by Wedgwood. The beautiful floral pattern with butterflies is called "Charnwood" and was manufactured between 1951 and 1987. We have 6 - 10.75" dinner plates ($30.00each), 5 - 8" salad plates ($12.50 each), 1 - 7" dessert plate ($18.00), 4 - 6" bread and butter plates ($7.00 each), 6 - 6" cereal bowl ($12.00 each) and 1 - 8" vegetable bowl ($50.00). This beautiful plate was made in England by Wedgwood. Apparently Wedgwood was commissioned by The Massachusetts Institute of Technology to make this set of 12 plates, depicting 12 different buildings (on campus) of historical significance. The building is at the center of each plate, surrounded by flowers and leaves. They are all blue in color.
