This beautiful squash blossom necklace is made of turquoise stones set in sterling silver. I believe that it is all handmade. The beads are hollow and are joined together with a seam in the middle. It measures 26" in total length (circumference). There are 12 squash blossoms set on a double strand of silver beads. Each blossom has a central oval stone surrounded by 7 smaller, more round stones. The naja measures 2" tall by 1.75" wide. At the top of the naja there is a feature ...click for details

During the 1920's The Quaker Oats Company acquired "Aunt Jemima". Since that time, she has been used in numerous advertising premiums. This cookie jar is such an example. During the 1950's Quaker Oats offered this svelte "soft plastic" version. This is the second time Quaker Oats offered a plastic Aunt Jemima cookie jar - the first was a hard plastic version manufactured by F&F. Apparently this slimmer, lighter skinned version was not as popular with the publ ...click for details

This amazing pouch was made by Native Americans, most likely the Iroquois. The front of the pouch is made of a tan, heavy cotton material, with brown and green beads applied in a floral design. All of the beadwork is hand stitched and original. The back of the pouch is a pink satin type material. Hand stitching connects the front to the back. The pouch still contains the original papoose. "1909" is beaded on the bottom of the pouch, leading me to believe it may have originally bee ...click for details
