This beautiful stem was made by the Heisey Glass Co. It is stem number 3350, and etch number 439. The pattern is called "Pied Piper" and was made from 1922 to 1942. The pattern consists of medallions or circles with people etched within each. This piece has 3. One is a male figure playing the pipe - the pied piper himself, of course.
