This comport was made by the Westmoreland Glass Company. The pattern is called "Della Robbia" and was made from the late 1920's through the 1940's. This particular piece is said to be "decorated" or "trimmed" as the fruits in the pattern are colored - red apples, purple grapes and yellow pears. This is the Sweetmeat compote.
