This beautiful rollover dish was made by F.B. Rogers. It is silverplate, pattern 273. The dome has "petal" shapes that radiate from the top about 1/4 of the way down the spherical dome. The remainder of the dome is plain. It attaches at the middle to a 3 legged base. The legs of the base are in the shape of lions heads! They curve down to a claw foot.
