This beautiful signed print is by Larry Hayden. I believe it is called "Mallards" and it is number 12170 of 16500 prints created. It is a larger version of the 1981 Texas State Waterfowl Stamp issued by the Texas Park and Wildlife Dept. 1981 is the first year Texas issued Waterfowl stamps.
