She was released in 1994 in a limited edition of 7,500. She is #488 of 7500 (see photos). Lise measures 8.5" high and is in excellent condition with no damage. She comes in the original box.

Although the Little Red Riding Hood line (1943-1957) is attributed to the A E Hull Pottery Company, most of the the line was actually produced by Regal China. Hull developed and patented the idea, then sent many of the white ware items to Regal for decoration. Pieces in the line were apparently marked with different marks, depending on the manufacturer. This butter dish is marked with the "Pat. Des. No. 135889" mark (see photo). It measures 6 3/4" long, 4 3/4" wide and 6" high...

In the 1960's the Enesco importing company began marketing a line of kitchen novelties that they called “Mother in the Kitchen.” Today, they are better known as "Prayer Ladies.” Each piece has a woman wearing a long white apron with a prayer on it. Her hands are pressed together, and her head is slightly lowered with eyes closed, signifying that she is praying. This is a beautiful majolica plate with a rabbit design. It was manufactured in France by Choisy Le Roi. There were actually 6 different plate designs manufactured. Most were made for Higgins & Seiter of New York. The design was patented in 1900. This particular plate has 2 rabbits. They appear to be running. The closer one has his ears down against his back. The other rabbit has his ears more upright and is looking back. They appear to be in a field or garden...

Since their inception in 1815, the Royal Copenhagen Company has produced a variety of wares ranging from commercial wares to hand-decorated fine artware. In 1908 they began producing a limited edition annual Christmas plate. Each Christmas plate measures 7 1/4" and is decorated with a blue and white scene. This plate is marked (see photograph). This tureen mas made by Spode-Copeland of England. The pattern, called "Blue Flowers", was produced from 1966 - 1977, and is characterized by blue and yellow flowers on a white background. This is a covered tureen - I believe they call it a covered vegetable tureen. It is footed, but does not have to tall pedestal type base. It measures about 9.25" in diameter at the widest, and is just over 8.5" tall (to the top of the finial). The ladle does not have any pattern on it...
