This beautiful tureen was made by Burgess & Leigh in Burslem, England. I do not know the name of the pattern, but it is spectacular! The colors in the transfer pattern are amazing. There are gray borders with gold flowers, cobalt borders with gold and white geometric shapes, arches made of blue and burgundy flowers and green leaves, and a variety of fleur de lis shapes of white, gray, cobalt and burgundy colors. The tureen also has hand painted gold highlights...

This pattern is characterized by it's rope edge and scalloped shape. This particular piece is off white in color. The tureen has 4 feet and two handles. Both the handles and the finial on the lid have embossed flowers. This tureen is actually quite petite. It's just a mere 6.5" in length, 4.5" in width and 5.25" in height (with lid)...

This amazing stick handled demitasse coffee pot was made by Fiesta. The company discontinued this piece in 1944, so it is becoming increasingly difficult to find. It was only produced in red, cobalt, ivory, yellow, lt. green and turquoise. This example is in cobalt. It measures 6 1/4" tall, and has a 3 1/4" diameter at the opening. Unfortunately it has no lid. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. This coffee pot lists for $610 (with lid, of course)

This beautiful piece was made by Royal Bayreuth before 1920. Royal Bayreuth was founded in Tettau, Bavaria, in 1794. While the factory has continued to modern times, the marks have changed through the years. A stylized crest, the name Royal Bayreuth, and the word Bavaria appear in slightly different forms from 1870 to about 1919. Later marks include the words U.S. Zone, the year of the issue, or the word Germany instead of Bavaria. This creamer depicts five sheep in a snow covered terrain...

These bone dishes are in the popular "Tea Leaf" pattern. The Tea Leaf pattern became popular in the 1880's. Apparently, housewives became bored with the plain white stoneware that was available, so they sought the hand-painted copper luster pattern of bands and leaves originally created by Anthony Shaw. All 3 of these dishes were made by Alfred Meakin, England. Each dish measures 6 5/8" by 3 1/4" by 7/8"...
