This is a beautiful majolica plate with a rabbit design. It was manufactured in France by Choisy Le Roi. There were actually 6 different plate designs manufactured. Most were made for Higgins & Seiter of New York. The design was patented in 1900. This particular plate has 2 rabbits. They appear to be running. The closer one has his ears down against his back. The other rabbit has his ears more upright and is looking back. They appear to be in a field or garden...

This is a beautiful vase manufactured in Denmark by B & G (Bing and Grondahl). It has a Dandelion design in gray, green and white on a light blue background. It measures 9.75" tall and is 5" in diameter at the widest. It is marked "Copenhagen Porcelain, Made in Denmark" and has the B&G mark. It also has the initials KJ as well as the number 285-5243 on the base. It is glazed on both the inside and outside of the vase. It is in excellent condition with no damage.

In 1952 the Roseville Pottery Company manufactured a line of pottery called "Raymor". It was designed by Ben Seibel and was marketed as "modern stoneware". It came in 5 different colors which were meant to be mixed and matched. This water pitcher is in the Beach Gray color. It stands 10" high. It has very modern lines and comes with an ice lip. It is marked on the base with the Roseville and Raymor marks, as well as the number 189. It is in excellent condition with no damage.

This is a wonderful ceramic child's warming and feeding dish. It was manufactured in 1958 and is marked "Holt Howard". It has a dog shape - and actually looks a lot like Lady from Lady and the Tramp. The dish has a hollow center and a hole where the dog's tail should be. In order to keep the food warm, you would pour hot water in the hole and cork it shut. The cork is missing. There is also some crackling - especially on the tray area. Otherwise, this dish is in great shape...

This is a beautiful vase manufactured by the Van Briggle Art Pottery Company. It is actually a hand thrown piece - where most of there current day pieces are molded. This piece is turquoise in color (I believe Van Briggle references it as Ming Blue) and it gets more blue toward the top. You can see the "ribs" or rings that occured when this vase was hand thrown on the wheel. It also has hand applied flowers and scrolls on 2 sides. It is marked "Van Briggle Original Co Sp Co" on the bottom...

This is a beautiful jardiniere by Weller. It has a squirrel and acorn motif with leaves, nuts and branches all around the 2 squirrels. It is in a blended high gloss glaze of browns, and greens. This design is often seen in the Clinton Ivory line, but is much rarer in the blended glaze finish. The Jardiniere measures nearly 9" in diameter and is about 7.25 " high. The jardiniere has a tight hairline (see photo), but rings well...

This terrific spice set was imported by Holt Howard in 1959. It is in the popular Cozy Kitten line. It consists of 1 large garlic salt kitten head, and 3 small kitten heads for paprika, nutmeg and cinnamon. The set also comes with the original wall hanger and corks. When assembled, the set measures 11" long. It is marked (see pictures) and is in excellent condition with no damage.

These plates are from a series of scenic plates produced in the 1980's and 90's by Poole Pottery. Each measures 6" and depicts a different brightly colored Bavarian scene. The back of each plate is marked with the Poole Pottery logo as well as the plate and scene number. All 5 are in excellent condition with no damage. This dinner plate was manufactured in California. The process used in the manufacture gives the plate the look of the jade stones found at a small bay in Monterey. This plate measures 10.75" and is marked on the base. It is in excellent condition.

This terrific bowl was manufactured by the Cambridge Art Pottery Co. The Company was in was in business from 1900 to 1909 in Cambridge Ohio where they produced artware, vases, jardinieres, dinnerware and other clay specialties. For a very brief period in 1907 they produced a line called "Otoe" which was characterized by a matte green glaze. This bowl is very much from the arts & crafts period with its geometric design.
