This beautiful stem was made by the Heisey Glass Co. It is stem number 3350, and etch number 439. The pattern is called "Pied Piper" and was made from 1922 to 1942. The pattern consists of medallions or circles with people etched within each. This piece has 3. One is a male figure playing the pipe - the pied piper himself, of course. The other two show dancing females - presumably children, if you know the story. The medallions are linked together by swags...

This amazing pouch was made by Native Americans, most likely the Iroquois. The front of the pouch is made of a tan, heavy cotton material, with brown and green beads applied in a floral design. All of the beadwork is hand stitched and original. The back of the pouch is a pink satin type material. Hand stitching connects the front to the back. The pouch still contains the original papoose...

Red Skelton was born in 1913, the son of a circus clown. Skelton himself got one of his earliest tastes of show business with that same circus and decided to become an entertainer at age 9. Through all of his career, Red never forgot his roots, and always seemed to fall back to the familiar -the clown. He decided to try his hand at art at an early age painting a variety of subjects...

In 1978 Kenner introduced "Darci" and friends in order to compete with Barbie. In their attempt to set her apart, Kenner opted to make Darci different - she was 12 1/2" tall with a fully poseable body and 3 distinct hair colors. She was marketed as a real "cover girl", complete with several designer outfits, a fashion studio, and her own line of perfume. Sadly, despite Kenner's efforts, Darci could not compete with Barbi, and production was stopped shortly after it started...

The Cambridge Glass Company was in business from 1901 to 1958. They primarily made beautiful crystal dinnerware, and were the largest manufacturer of this type of glass in the 1920's and 30's. Early in the 1930's they began producing the "chantilly" pattern. This pattern was characterized by a delicate floral and scroll motif which was etched into the crystal. This pitcher is considered to be a rare item...

This pair of Spaniels was made in the Staffordshire district of England. A great number of potteries have made Staffordshire their home since the early eighteenth century. These potteries created figurines which were often made in pairs that mirrored one another; dogs were a favorite. The figurines were most often only decorated on the front as they were meant to be displayed against a wall (sometimes called "flat backs"). Each dog in this pair measures 6" wide, 2.25" deep and stands 7" tall...

In 1903, Thomas decided to leave his partners and open his own factory. Based on the ideas Thomas introduced, success was nearly instantaneous for the new company. ...

This elegant set of goblets was made by the Baccarat Glass company of France. I am no expert on Baccarat, and while I have painstakenly searched for the pattern name, I have not been able to identify it from there vast inventory. Therefore, I will describe it as accurately as I can. Feel free to e-mail for additional information or photos. I believe these to be water goblets. They are 6" tall, 3 1/16" diameter at the rim of the bowl, and 3" diameter at the base of the foot. The bowl appear...

This beautiful pitcher/creamer is a wonderful example of early American pattern glass. It was made sometime between 1885 and 1890 by Bryce, Walker and Co. The pattern is called "Panelled Honeycomb". It stands just over 6 1/2" tall and is 6" at it's widest (including handle and spout). The footed base is octagonal in shape, with 4 of the 8 sections slightly shorter than the other 4. There are 4 raised "honeycomed" sections which appear to be frosted or etched with an orange peal texture. The...
