Diamond Quilt Blue Satin Pitcher with Frosted Handle

This beautiful hand blown pitcher, and made of cased glass with a blue satin finish. It has a diamond quilt type pattern but instead of diamonds, the shapes are larger and more elongated at the top, and smaller almost square shapes at the bottom. The shapes at the top are well defined and separate from each other, while at the base, the shapes are not clearly defined and run into each other. The top of the pitcher is a very vibrant blue. The intensity of the color lessens as you move down the pitcher, to a very light blue (almost white) at the base. The pitcher is white on the interior. The handle is applied, and is made of a frosted glass. There is a pontil mark on the base. The top of the handle was not neatly applied (see photo). There is also a hairline on the underside of the pitcher coming off from the pontil mark. It does NOT go through to the inside of the pitcher. This pitcher measures 5.75" at the widest, bulbous part (without handle)and has a 4.25" diameter at the rim. It stands 8.5" high. There are no manufacture marks.
