Art Deco Dermay "Rapunzel" Powder Jar in Satin Blue 973

This is a very lovely powder jar. It is called "Rapunzel" or "Bubble Lady". The finial is of a nude, kneeling woman with arms outstretched holding what looks like a string of bubbles or very long, curly hair that is pooling at her knees. This piece is marked "Dermay INC, Fifth Avenue, New York" and has the number 973 on the base. It is a very pretty blue in color with a satin finish. It is 5.75" tall overall with a 4.5" diameter. The bowl is 4-footed and stands just over 2.25" tall. It is in excellent condition with no chips.
