This little beauty was made by the Roseville Pottery Company. It is in the Columbine pattern which was made in 1940. This jardiniere is brown(ish) at the top and green at the bottom. The leaves are also green, and the flowers are blue - there is one flower on each side. Both the flowers and leaves are raised. It does have a raised mark on the bottom indicating that it is number 655-3. It measures 3 1/8" tall and is 5 1/2" at the widest. It does have 2 very small handles. This jardiniere is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind.
