These crescent shaped dishes or "bone dishes" were created by Johnson Brothers, England. They are in the Leighton pattern, in gray. The Leighton pattern is a floral pattern, and is considered to be a Johnson Brother's "Golden Oldie". The mark dates their production to around 1900 (see photo). Each dish measures 6 1/4" by 4" and is 7/8" high. 4 are in excellent condition, with some crazing (typical of 100 year old pieces). 1 has a "rough" edge - it's not chipped, but seems to have been missed in the glaze process. 1 has a tiny rim chip 3/16" (available for $15.00). We have 6 available. E-mail us for available discounts if you are interested in purchasing multiple pieces.
