Watt #18 Individual Casserole - Rooster

This individual casserole dish was made by the Watt Pottery Company. It is in the popular "Rooster" pattern. Both the lid and the casserole base include a picture of a rooster. The rooster has a black body with crimson red feathers. There are also highlights of green. Each rooster appears to be standing in blades of grass. The casserole measures 8" long including the handle. It is 5 1/2" in width and 4" tall with the lid. The handle is "gripped" to better fit the fingers. It has a green blade of glass across the top. The dish is marked on the base with the double circle "watt oven ware" mark, as well as the number 18. The bottom side of the lid (on the lip that secures the lid to the base), there a couple tiny flea bites (see photo). Otherwise the dish is in excellent condition with very vibrant colors.
