This beautiful card holder was made by T&V Limoges, France. The mark (see picture) dates it between 1892 and 1917. It is hand painted with pink roses and golden scrolls, and signed by the artist - Gibbs. It measures 4" wide, 2.75" tall and 1.25" deep. It is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind.
