1951 Royal Doulton Plate - Christmas Angel - signed

Since their inception in 1815, the Doulton Company has produced a variety of wares ranging from commercial wares to hand-decorated fine artware. In 1908 they began producing a limited edition annual Christmas plate. Each Christmas plate measures 7 1/4" and is decorated with a blue and white scene. This plate is marked (see photograph). It was also signed on the back (see photo). It is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. We also have the Royal Doulton annual plates from 1933 and 1961. See our home page for details
