1933 Royal Doulton Plate - Ferry And The Great Belt

Since their inception in 1815, the Doulton Company has produced a variety of wares ranging from commercial wares to hand-decorated fine artware. In 1908 they began producing a limited edition annual Christmas plate. Each Christmas plate measures 7 1/4" and is decorated with a blue and white scene. This plate is marked (see photograph).
