Seldom found, a lovely 1897 Booklet titled, "Madonnas," gilded title, silk cord biding; published by E.M. Perry, Malden, Massachusetts, The Perry Pictures Company; Introduction by Irene Weir, Art Director of Brookline, MA Public Schools. Ms. Weir briefly discusses some of the reproduced 14 Madonna paintings including those by Boticelli, Lippi, Raphael, Michelangelo, Bouguereau, Bellini, Murillo, Van Dyke, Rubens, Durer. Faded, slightly soiled paper cover, faded silk cord, tears at both ends of the spine; interior in excellent condition with some yellowing to paper. Prints are reproduced on differing types of paper, some more textured than others. c. 1897. $6 US Shipping.
