Rare, three-sided rim, Pomona Glass Bowl, by the New England Glass Company, 1900. Diamond-quilted lusterous, taupe with a touch of amber, glass, with outer acid-treated bowl in a scalloped pattern, characteristic of this rare and unusual glass. Polished pontil. 4.5" diameter, 2.25" tall. Manufacturing flaw on the base where finish reacted differently, pictured; otherwise, excellent condition. c. 1900. $8 US Shipping.
