Homer Laughlin Sauce Boat from my own collection. It looks like one of the "Empress" Patterns with the "Kwaker" Shape and has "D S L" printed on the bottom along with the green Homer Laughlin logo.The sauce boat is an off white trimmed with silver or platinum around the shoulder of the boat.
