Nice glazed pottery crock. Incised on the bottom of the cookie jar "Monmouth Ill. USA" inside of a leaf. (Notice the old way of initialling Illinois. Very nice condition (never used to my knowledge) with only a small smooth indentation on the edge of the lid that I think was done in production or been there so long it looks like it belongs.
