Nice glazed pottery crock. Incised on the bottom of the cookie jar "Monmouth Ill. USA" inside of a leaf. (Notice the old way of initialling Illinois. Very nice condition (never used to my knowledge) with only a small smooth indentation on the edge of the lid that I think was done in production or been there so long it looks like it belongs. This is a beautiful hard to find La Solana California Art Pottery Matte Green Cookie Jar. It is in very good vintage condition. It stands 6 & 1/2 inches tall, 5 inches wide across opening, 23 & 1/2 inches around the middle and 6 1/2 inches across the bottom. The bottom has the La Solana logo.
