Homer Laughlin Sauce Boat from my own collection. It looks like one of the "Empress" Patterns with the "Kwaker" Shape and has "D S L" printed on the bottom along with the green Homer Laughlin logo.The sauce boat is an off white trimmed with silver or platinum around the shoulder of the boat. It is 3 1/4" tall and 8 1/4" from handle to spout and is 4 1/4" wide. There is a very tiny glaze crack on the lip of the spout but it is just in the glaze and is from age. On the inside under the shoulders of the boat there are 2 small places where the glaze has come off but they can not be seen and in an item this old, just adds character. So does the crackling and slight discoloration on the handle. Considering it's age, it is in very good vintage condition.
