This is the rare, vintage and hard to find Syracuse China Restaurant Ware covered sugar bowl in the Highland Pattern (Wabash Railroad). It measures 3 3/4" high, to the top of the knob on the lid. The lid is white and trimmed in a narrow burgundy stripe and a wider grey stripe. The bowl is decorated the same. The bottom has the logo imprinted in blue ink "11-4 Syracuse China U.S.A."
