This is a lovely vintage ruby amberina moon and stars pedestal bowl by L E Smith or possibly L.G.Wright. Stands 4 1/4" tall and 6 1/4" across top.
This gorgeous dish has stars among the round moon shapes and around the top are tiny hobnails giving a chain look. It is a deep ruby color fading to yellow amberina on the base.
