Outstanding black velvet hat features a beautiful beadwork design along the edges. The balance of the hat has a generous sprinkling of tube beads over the surface. A real beauty! I couldn't get a decent picture of it to save my life, so much prettier in person. The hat came from the estate of a very fashionable woman. It dates to the 50s-60s era. I found no issues with it other than it is a bit scrunched from improper storage, but fills out nicely when worn. This is a beautiful piece...perfect for cool weather wear.
An Exclusive Marche label inside. All of the hats I purchased from this estate are size 22-22.5. I imagine this one is the same. It measures about 7 1/2 inches wide.
