Ladies Brown Velvet Circlet Hat with Dotted Veil

Fabulous, vintage, dark brown velvet circlet hat is in very nice condition overall. Fabric is in excellent condition with no wear, and I found only a couple of very small, insignificant breaks in the netting. There is a brown satin bow on the side, and velvet dots on the net. Unknown maker, no labels.

Circumference is about 20". This beauty dates to the 1960s.
