This is a wonderful find! A Miss Sally Victor original pill box hat in black velvet with black netted veil and spray of black feathers. It comes with the original hat pin, and is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind.
Sally Victor has been called "the dean of American millinery design." She received the Fashion Critics Millinery Award in 1943. This beauty dates to the 1940s. It has the Miss Sally Victor label and Union Made tags attached. Measures 6" in diameter.
