I really can't tell you much about origin of this amazing and unique little treasure. What I can tell you is the following:
This is one unusual and beautiful perfume bottle. After searching high and low on the internet for one like it I finally found one quite similar in painting, coloring and gold accents. It had a number written on the bottom of the bottle and also on the bottom of the dauber. The information given stated that the bottle was from Austria and most likely from Vienna. This item is in almost perfect condition. It belongs to my 87 year old mother and she has had it as long as I can remember and that goes back a very long time! It still has the original sticker on the bottom as shown in the pictures.
The only flaw I found was a slight dip on the rim of the body of the bottle. I tried to measure it and it looked to me to be a hair over 1/8 inch. The top is flawless from I can tell and the stopper appeared to have no damage that I saw or could feel.
